Attorney fees are $350/hour.

A flat fee billing schedule applies for certain routine matters:

         
Business Entities
   

CA Corporation. Includes Minute Book, Initial Minutes, Stock Certificates (<10), CA Registered Agent Service, Federal EIN, and supporting bank documentation (as needed). Hourly fee applies to other work performed.

CA Limited Liability Company. Includes Minute Book, Operating Agreement, Membership Certificates (<10), CA Registered Agent Service, Federal EIN, and supporting bank documentation (as needed). Hourly fee applies to other work performed.

California Corporation or LLC with Courier Filing. Turnaround time will vary due to SOS Processing times, currently estimated at 2 weeks. Includes courier fees and special handling charges.

    California Corporation or LLC with Expedited Filing. 5 business day turnaround. Includes CA SOS 24-hour Filing Service (Class C), courier fees and special handling charges. $2,140  
         
    All other business entity types, including DE corporations. $1,490+  
 
         
Trademark Fees
   

Initial federal trademark application, one international class, filing fee inclusive. Normal hourly rates will apply to any subsequent prosecution work and applications under Section 44 of the Trademark Act, 15 U.S.C. §1126.

    Each additional international class. $325  
   

Trademark search/clearance (full availability U.S. trademark search included). Additional search enhancements extra.

Copyright Fees
